The Beason-Hammon Alabama Taxpayer & Citizen Protection Act, appearing as sections 31-13-1 through 31-13-30 of the Code of Alabama, protects our constitutional rights as Alabama citizens and business owners while promoting legal immigration practices.

Please use this form to only report possible violations of the act and unlawful enforcement of the act. Reports based on national origin, ethnicity, or race, instead of the basis of the person’s immigration status, will not be acted upon. Personal beliefs or opinions regarding immigration will not be acted upon. Only reports that document behavior reasonably indicative of immigration violations or unlawful enforcement will be acted upon. Please be as specific as possible when reporting suspicious activity.
